How can I avail more than 500 response in one form?

If I want data of more than 500 person for one form because I am doing  survey on large number of people. If I buy a package of one month than that data will remain for one month only?

If you upgraded your account of one month and you had 500 submissions at this month,then once you downgraded your account, your submission can be stored at other months. However, you can not get more submission or create forms after downgraded your account.

In addition, if you have more submissions over 500 after downgraded your account to free, your old submissions will be deleted. I can suggest you first to export and then downgrade your account.
