Hey! So my test email doesn't seem to appear in my e-mail inbox, and neither does the notification once I completed the form in my webpage...
any tips on how to fix?

I have checked your account and your forms. I have seen that your sender email is your own email as the following screenshot:
I have understood that you prefer to show up your own email instead of firstname.lastname@example.org. However, you need to configure well your SMTP senders first. Please check the following document: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form. You need to be sure about if your email supports this functionality.
For now, if you use email@example.com as a sender email, you will receive emails properly.
Please check, if the issue still persists let us know.

I have checked the email history of your account. The emails (both test and submissions) seems to send properly from our side as you can see below:
Could you please check your SPAM/JUNK folder of your email address?
