I need to pay for an upgraded version for the remainder of November. Our forms are currently inactive due to being over a quota. Also, when December 1 hits, will the forms become active again?

Yes, your account is now set to "Overlimit" or "Overquota" status because you have reached the monthly limit of 1,000 submissions for Bronze plan this November. If you wish to continue using the forms, you need to either upgrade to a higher subscription plan OR wait for the monthly limits to reset which happens every 1st day of the month, in this case that would be December 1st.

    I hope that helps.

If we upgrade, can we downgrade at a later date? Thanks!

Yes, you can easily upgrade and downgrade as you like. For example, you upgraded to Silver monthly today, you can downgrade back to Bronze/Free plan before the next billing date to avoid being charged for another month of Silver plan.
