How can I get non profit status/rate ??

We weren't aware that there was a non-profit rate until after we upgraded.  How can we get the non profit rate going forward?

I have checked your account and I see your subscription is being paid through PayPal, in order to apply to the non-profit discount you will need to submit your application here: https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing 

Your application will be reviewed and we will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible, you will also need to cancel your current subscription and here is a guide about how to do it: How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription

If you decide to proceed, please let us know so we can also request a refund for the current payment you have already done.
