When using form https://www.jotform.com/v4/63216774249159 in Wordpress -  http://yourentitysolution.com/home-page/forms-test

Using Windows 10 Edge, form displays correctly. Click Submit - Button changes to Please Wait and then nothing happens for 5 minutes or more and data are not saved.

Using Windows 10 Chrome or Windows 10 Firefox or Windows 10 Explorer, form does not display correctly. Drop down menu and items are not displayed and data can not be entered.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Thank you,

    Gary Bauer

    Hi Gary,

It is possible that the embed code of your form https://www.jotform.us/form/63216774249159 was the one that have issue on your wordpress website.

To fix this, I suggest you do the following steps.

#1 Remove your currently embedded form on the website. Make sure you clear/remove any script code of the form on the website page.

#2 Get the Iframe publish code of your form instead.

    User guide:  https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

#3 Add the form back to your website using now instead its Iframe publish code.

#4 Save your website page with the new re-embedded form.

You can now do some test on different browser if your publish form now submit as needed.

Let us know if still not resolve.
