We’ve heard your requests! You can now attach files to Autoresponder Emails simply by uploading it to the setup wizard. Whether you’re a teacher who wants to send supplemental information to your students or a business who wants to automatically send a whitepaper to new mailing list contacts, this new feature should come in handy.
To enable this feature, follow these simple steps:
- Select the form for your Autoresponder Email and click More.
- Click on Emails to see the setup wizard.
- Create a new Autoresponder Email or edit an existing one.
- Under the Advanced tab, you’ll see a field labeled Attach a File that allows you to upload an attachment.
- Upload your attachment and click Save.

I'm desperately trying to trigger my jot form clients right into my calendar without extra steps. Jotform to Calendar integration for iCalendar. "Schedule Once" integrates with iCal for example. Zapier can't do it unfortunately. There should be something we can embed into the thank you/confirmation letter that would work, right?

We integrate Jotform with Google drive and a club requesting a charity grant has their application automatically saved in a Drive folder. A grants team review the application and place their comments in a google drive document (which we have to create). Is there a way of generating a comments document automatically when the application form is submitted?

Is there a way to make up a auto-response PDF based on the answers from the responder? The responder might ask for an offer for product A + service C. As a response upon sending the request they get a thank you e-mail with a PDF-offer attached with the final price calculated along with contact details and other info?

If they fill out an evaluation with their name could it populate a certificate of attendance if they also submitted their number of contact hours they earned. It would be an honor system we could review to make sure they didn't lie. (hint everyone calls their education credits something different and has different disclaimers required so some customization would be required)

Brilliant extension Guys, thank you. I am still hoping to see the ability to 'enable' a form at a future date AND TIME. This would allow me create booking forms, disable them, but set a date AND TIME for them to 'go live'. You've had lots of requests for this over last two or three years.

Really it is a great feature, this way we can send "Terms & Conditions" of any kind to the client to let him revise and keep it, or what else.
Beside I respect the developers of Jotform I want to mention the GREATEST support team ever of Jotform, how much care they give us to solve our technical problems and how fast they answer our inquiries with a nice manner and interest.Aytekin Tank, you have to take care of them, because they are the second essential and vital reason make us continue with JotForm.
