With Jotform, you can easily give your form a clean and modern feel using the Minimal Radio Buttons widget. It lets users select one option from a simple list while keeping your design sleek and uncluttered. You can set it up in just a few clicks without any coding.

Whether you’re creating a new form or updating an existing one, you can add and set up the Minimal Radio Buttons in a few easy steps. Here’s how to do it:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.
- Now, in the Form Elements menu, under the Widgets tab, search for Minimal Radio Buttons and click on it. Or, just drag and drop it to where you want it to be on your form.
- Next, in the Widget Settings window that opens on the right side of the page, under the General tab, you’ll see this list of settings you can configure:
- Options —Enter each option on a new line. To have an option selected by default, add [[selected]]. For example: Option 1[[selected]]
- Color Scheme — Select a color scheme that fits your form’s design.
- Font — Choose the font style you want to use for the widget text.
- Font Color — Pick the color for your widget’s text to match your form’s theme.
- Once everything’s set, click on Update.
That’s it. You’ve successfully added and set up the Minimal Radio Buttons widget on your form.
