With Jotform’s Polaris Radio Buttons widget, you can give your form a more polished and modern look by replacing standard radio buttons with a stylish match your branding, making single-choice questions more visually engaging and easier to select.

Whether you’re starting fresh or updating a form, adding and setting up the Height Converter takes only a few steps. Here’s a quick how-to:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.
- Now, in the Form Elements menu, under the Widgets tab, search for Polaris Radio Buttons and click on it. Or, just drag and drop it to where you want it to be on your form.
- Next, in the Widget Settings window that opens on the right side of the page, under the General tab, set up these things:
- Options — Enter each option on a new line.
- Font — Choose the font style for the widget.
- Font Color —Select the text color for your widget options.
- Once you’re done, click on Update.
That’s it. Now you’ve added and set up the Polaris Radio Buttons widget on your form.
