Jotform makes it easy to add hidden content to your form with the Spoiler Text widget. This widget lets you create spoiler bars that users can click to reveal additional text, making your forms more interactive and organized. It’s perfect for quizzes, surveys, or any form where you want to hide information until needed.
Here are a few ways to use it:

Whether you’re creating a new form or updating an existing one, you can add and set up the Spoiler Text widget in a few easy steps. Here’s how to do it:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.
- Now, in the Form Elements menu, under the Widgets tab, search for Spoiler Text and click on it. Or, just drag and drop it to where you want it to be on your form.
- Next, in the Widget Settings window that opens on the right side of the page, under the General tab, setup these things:
- Spoiler Text — Enter the content you want to hide under the spoiler bar.
- Spoiler Title — Enter the title that will appear on the spoiler bar and reveal the hidden text when hovered over.
- Once you’re done, click on Update.
