With Jotform’s Temperature Converter widget, you can let users enter a temperature value and instantly convert it between Celsius and Fahrenheit. The widget displays both the original value and the converted result, helping you collect temperature data in a consistent format without manual calculations.
Here are a few ways to use it:
- Add a temperature converter to your form.
- Let users switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
- Collect temperature data in a standardized format.
- Make temperature input easier for users worldwide.
Whether you’re starting fresh or updating a form, adding and setting up the Temperature Converter widget takes only a few steps. Here’s a quick how-to:

- Now, in the Form Elements menu, under the Widgets tab, search for Temperature Converter and click on it. Or, just drag and drop it to where you want it to be on your form.
- Next, in the Widget Settings window that opens on the right side of the page, under the General tab, set up the Default Unit:
- Celcius — Sets Celcius as the default unit.
