How to Add Loan EMI Calculator on Your Form

Jotform’s Loan EMI Calculator lets you calculate estimated monthly loan payments directly on your form. Respondents can enter details such as the loan amount, annual interest rate, and loan term to see the estimated monthly payment, total repayable amount, and total interest.

Here are a few ways to use it: 

• Estimate monthly payments for mortgage inquiries.
• Compare costs for vehicle financing.
• Calculate repayment estimates for education loans.
• Show total interest alongside the repayment amount.
• Save calculated repayment results with form submissions.

Whether you’re building a new form or editing an existing one, you can add and configure the Loan EMI Calculator widget in just a few steps. This is how it’s done:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.

2. Now, in the Form Elements menu, under the Widgets tab, search for Loan EMI Calculator and click on it. Or, just drag and drop it to where you want it to be on your form.

3. Next, in the Widget Settings window that opens on the right side of the page, under the General tab, set up these things:
   • Term Unit — Select the unit used to calculate the loan term.
   • Payment Frequency — Select how often loan payments are made.
   • Currency — Select the currency used for payment and repayment amounts.
   • Rounding Mode — Select how payment, total repayment, and total interest amounts are rounded.
4. Once you’re done, click on Update.

That’s it. You’ve successfully added and set up the Loan EMI Calculator widget on your form.
