With Jotform, you can easily add location selection to your forms without the tedious work of managing long city lists. The Cities of Indonesia widget lets your users pick a province first and then choose a city from that province — all pulled from a complete, ready-made database of Indonesian locations. It’s a simple way to keep your forms clean, accurate, and user-friendly, especially for businesses or organizations that rely on precise regional information.
By streamlining how respondents share where they’re from, the widget helps you collect consistent, structured location data while giving users a smooth, intuitive experience. Whether you’re building registration forms, service requests, or applications, this widget saves time for you and your respondents.
Here are a few ways to use it:
- Keep location details accurate by preventing typos or mismatched city entries.
- Speed up address collection in registration, booking, or sign-up forms.
- Make order, delivery, or service request forms clearer for respondents across Indonesia.
- Keep survey, feedback, and application workflows consistent with clean, structured location data.
Whether you’re creating a new form or updating an existing one, you can add the Cities of Indonesia widget in a few easy steps. Here’s how to do it:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.
- Now, in the Form Elements menu, under the Widgets tab, search for Cities of Indonesia and click on it. Or, just drag and drop it to where you want it to be on your form.
That’s it! You’ve successfully added the Cities of Indonesia widget to your form.
