Now, let me help you with your inquiry. You said that you want to quit or withdraw, can you tell us from what you want to withdraw or quit with? Can you explain a bit more about what you want to do? Did you subscribe to one of our Jotform Subscription Plans or you have filled out a form on Jotform and purchased a subscription on that form and you want to remove the subscription? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
