Hi, my credit card expired and my accound was downgraded, how can i activate again and add the new credit card?

Can you let us know the username of your account or email associated with it?
In general, you need to login to your account and to update payment information. Or to create new subscription if account was already downgraded. Here are some guides:

Your account is active at the moment, I do not see any problem for it.
Could you try using different browser to see if that helps? You can also clear cache and cookies.
