How to accept one time payments and recurring payments?

    2) a giving form that is like the Dwolla hub page (which is about to be taken away) in that it could accept both one-time payments and recurring payments.

You can setup a multiple payment form in order to accept one time payments and recurring payments. Please see our guide here on How to Create a Basic Multiple Payment form. You can also check out this guide on How to Update the Multiple Payment Form.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.

Thank you. However, based on the price, I'm not likely to adopt JotForm. As I mentioned earlier, this requirement was part 2, in which part 1 was the pricing question. Anyhow, thanks.

Our proof of tax-exempt, non-profit status is by a letter from the IRS and letter from our parent church organization confirming we are a qualified subordinate of the parent 501(c)(3). As such, we do not do form 990.
