I'm having saving errors in my forms.

    Hello,

I've been having a series of errors in joform. In past two months, I've made changes to the fields in the salesforce plug-in of one of my forms.

For some reason, these edits have not been saving and are no longer there when I log-in the next day.

In other situations the form might have great integration for a week and suddenly stop working and I then have to remap the fields.

This has, in the past months, caused us headaches and a loss of productivity. We're getting a little frustrated and are considering moving to another form platform. Do you have an explanation of why this is happening and what's being done about it?

Thanks, we look forward to your response.

A form would not revert the edit itself. The only way to revert any edits on your form is by login to your account an manually doing it. You can check if there has been any modification to your form by using the revision history: https://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-view-form-revision-history

If by any chance your form is corrupted(which might be the reason why edits are not saved, or reverted) , try debugging the form by clearing forms cache: https://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-Your-Form-Cache

Then clone your form, https://www.jotform.com/help/27-How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-your-account, and use the cloned version.
