Access code not being accepted for the Encrypted form.

    I’m not sure how I receive a reply and can not respond to it on here.

    I have an access code I set up and now I’m being told the access code is invalid when that’s impossible because I wrote it down as instructed.

    Hello Kenyetta,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please note that when encryption is enabled, an access code is set up. If you disable and re-enable the encryption, the previous access will not work for past submissions. Was that the case? If not, can you clear the form cache, use a different browser, either a private window or incognito mode to access the form and data?

    I did not turn it off until it stoped taking my original code I created and now I can’t access anything. I need this fixed. I never change the code.

    Hello Kenyetta,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. Please note, it is not possible to access the encrypted submissions without the valid key. If you did not create a new key the old key should work. Can you please confirm if you were able to access the submissions before it stopped working or if this is the first time accessing the encrypted submissions?

    Please note, that if you don't have the valid code, it won't be possible to retrieve the submissions. Even for our backend team, this won't be possible. I suggest checking your code and maybe trying a different one incase there was a typing error.
