Enterprise Inquiry: Question about SSO and Jotform App Builder

    Good morning Team Jotform!

We are preparing to sign an agreement to migrate to the Jotform Enterprise license. We have a couple questions regarding SSO and the Jotform App Builder functionality:

    1) Can we setup an App (through the App Builder) that will allow us to "turn-off/on" app buttons/links depending on a person's login credentials (this would likely be groups of individuals...similar to Group Policies in Active Directory)? Why? We don't think every person needs to see all of the available buttons. If it cannot be done "out-of-the-box", is it possible to program?

    2) Is it possible to pass, through SSO, password credentials to allow certain users to access password-protected forms? So this means that the user signs-in to the app and then can be automatically signed in to any password-protected forms.

    Please reference the following app:

    Hi Patrick,

If you're already in contact with a sales representative, for any questions you have, please reach out to them directly. If you haven't been in contact with a sales representative yet, please fill out the sales contact form and one will reach out to you.
