We believe we may be missing several applications. How can I see them?

You can view that through your form's submission page. The guide below has the instruction on how you can go to your form's submission page.
I just assume that you are relying on the email notifications your getting to know if there are successful submissions made to your form, is that correct?
However, I found out that the email address set to receive your notification is on the bounce list.Result: firstname.lastname@example.org is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 552 5.2.0 6EXc1u04d3HeX8p01 - 6EXc1u04d3HeX8p01EXdX9
I have removed it from the list and you will start to receive notifications again to that email address.
