Hi,
Could You explain me why my email is still adding to bounce list? ( ducers@ducers.pl and wadmex@wadmex.pl )

Hi,
Thank you for contacting us.
Our servers try to send the email messages for a several times and if the delivery of the emails keep failing to these email addresses, it will mark it as rejected and the system will store your recipient email address in our bounce list.

Additionally, you can set up your own SMTP for your forms, instead of JotForm's servers, to prevent email bouncing.
