Is there a way to add a confirmation page to review the order after initial form submission?

    You can add Preview Before submit widget to your form. However this will allow your users to preview order before submission.  

    If you want to show data that was submitted on Thank you page, you will have to customize your Thank You page. You can add your custom text on Thank you page and you can add values of your fields.

    You can also set Autoresponder email inside of your form. This way you can send your users email with data that were submitted. 

    You can also attache PDF report of their submission inside of Autoresponder email.
