How can I customize and standardize the PDF with submission data for each submission?

    It appears that the PDF with submission data can be customized and downloaded per record, however, I am trying to standardize the PDF so that each record (every time the form is completed) looks the same. Is this possible?

    Actually, once you customize the PDF submission using the PDF Designer, all submissions on that form will be using that template. It means that the PDF in the Submissions page and the attached PDF in the email alerts will look the same.
