Why is my notification message cut off?

For some reason the bottom of my form submission got cut off in the submit email category? Can you figure out how to fix it please?

I cloned your form and I was able to replicate the issue. Upon checking the form notification, I can see that the email message is not complete. It ended in "Hotel Booking Needed". It is possible that your email notification got corrupted. Did you recently edited the form or the edited the notification?

The solution here is to re-create the form email notification. This will generate the form fields automatically and position the label to their respective answers. Please delete the current notification and create a new one.

The only problem with this is you need to customize the email again since you are not using the default template.
