HI there, myt form was working perfectly for the last year when all of a sudden it stopped sending the form via email to one of the addresses I configured.
The Form in question is this one:
Ant the email configurred to receive the form via email is :
this email received the forms perfectly for the last year but since January has not received any emails anymore. I reconfigured and saved the form agian , but still no emails are being received on this email account
can you please assist in identifying the isse? mabye the email has bounce back issues?

I see that the email address was in the bounce list but now the emails are sent successfully:

It is strange that the email address does not receive emails since January. I can see that the emails are sent successfully on the 10th, 11th and 12th months of 2016.
In this case, the emails might be marked as spam by your email provider. Please check the spam box of the email address email@example.com, and if JotForm emails are there, marked them as not spam.
If your email provider is blocking JotForm emails, your email address is marked as bouncing on our side. Please contact to your email provider about the issue.
