I have a number of daily checklists
daily cleaning checklists
weekly cleaning checklist
Can I use Jotform to create the above daily checklists and get new form completed each day?
Could the completed checklists be emailed to my managers?
Could the completed checklists then be stored online and easily reviewed?
Could the checklists be completed on both mobile devices and a PC?Page URL:

Welcome to JotForm. First of all, we have a policy to answer one question at a time, however this is one your first questions and you would like to get a general idea about JotForm's capabilities, we can make an exception. In the future please open single thread for a single question.
If you need a short answer, it is 'yes'. You can do everything mentioned above.
Here are the details:
1- You can create a single form for your lists, in which you can collapse your sub-lists under sections. Here is a simple form:
Or you can create multiple forms.
2- You can save and continue your forms later. There are options for that. Here is the simplest way to do that:
3- We have notification emails (which the form owner receives) and auto-responders (which the submitter receives). In this case you can both use these email alerts to send emails to your colleagues. Here is some information about them:
4- All your forms and submissions are stored online. You can reach this information by using any device (mobile phones, tablets, computers). If you setup emails, you can have submission data on your emails all the time. Also you can add pdf version of submission data into emails, or into GoogleDrive or DropBox, or into a Google Spread Sheet.
5- You can use forms on any device to complete. You only need internet to send and receive data. We will launch our V4 Builder which will have an offline form building capability. Give it a try:
