Can you have limited slots open and the form know this?

Hi!  My name is Jennifer and I am the Community Programs Coordinator at the Coddington Road Community Center in Ithaca, NY.  We are a non-profit community center that specializes in youth programs.  We host a wonderful summer camp program each year, with over 100 families participating.  We still utilize paper forms and we are looking to get with the program and finally do online sign-ups.

I am also a Girl Scout troop leader and I know that our council uses your forms and I really like them.  The only concern we have is limited slots.  Let's say that we have 25 camp slots for K-3rd grade and we only have 1 slot left.  We would like it show "1 spot open," or not let someone register/pay if it is full.  Is this achievable using one of your summer camp templates?

    Thank You,

    Jennifer Dean

I would recommend you to use one of these widgets:

    1. Inventory widget

    2. Gift Registry widget

    3. Quantity Gift Registry widget

    4. Ticket Purchases widget

    5. Appointment Slots widget

    Here's a guide on How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form.

Also, we have a non-profit pricing here in JotForm. Please go to this page: (https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing) and follow the instructions. Once submitted, we'll review the application and we'll let you know if it is approved

    Hope that helps. Thank you.
