Do you have functionality that allows people to upload photos to the form and then we will be able to collect the photos?

We are going to send an email out to an audience twice per month where we want to hyperlink out to an online form. We need this form to have upload functionality, where the audience member could complete the form, upload a photo and then we would be able to collect the info/photos. Can your platform help us with that? Does it have these functionalities?
