I've made a website form my costumer www.nijmanbv.nl with, on the contactpage, a jotform who sends the mail to info@nijmanbv.nl
I've got a mail from my client that they doesn't receive emails anymore. So now i found something new for me: there mail-adress is on a bounce-list (info@nijmanbv.nl). I removed it a couple of times (also in the settings menu), but nothing works!
So help: my client really wants to receive the mails on their mail: info@nijmanbv.nl
Thanx!
Br,
Jacarrino

Hi Jacarrino,
Thank you for contacting us.
I have checked your email address info@nijmanbv.nl and it was not in our Bounce List. As you can see:
You can receive your notification e-mails now. You may have a look at them to learn how to prevent e-mail bouncing issues and how to remove your e-mail from bounce list if it is in.

In addition to this, if the issue continues or if you do not want our email addresses noreply@jotform.com or noreply@formresponse.com to be set up as the Sender E-mail, then you can use your own mail servers as the sender address. In order yo use your own mail server, you will need to setup SMTP sender on the form. The bounce messages will be processed by your mail server in this case, so the email addresses will not be added to our bounce list. Here's a guide with further details about this option: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
Please let us know if you have any questions or issue.
