I have provided 2 gmail addresses, and while I get test emails, when I go to try the live form it does not work. Any help?Page URL:

If the issue persists, try to separate your email recipients. Create a new email notification on each recipient. This is just a temporary solution. See sample image below:
Please check your spam folder too. If you see JotForm mails, please mark it as not spam.
