I deleted some email contents but I still get them in the pdf version.Asked by ysmeninternational on January 18, 2017 at 09:24 AM3. Lastly, Some fields are prefilled in order to make function the calculation wizards so regardless of the Area selected for form is submitted with information relative to all Areas. I have worked around this in the email settings by deleting irrelevant rows but they still appear in the pdf version within jotform. Is there a way to change the settings like with email or another solution?

You can also go to your submissions view: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions
And click on the PDF icon, and then on the Customized PDF:
Finally, click on the reset button, and the on the Save button:
