I deleted some email contents but I still get them in the pdf version.

    3. Lastly,  Some fields are prefilled in order to make function the calculation wizards so regardless of the Area selected for form is submitted with information relative to all Areas. I have worked around this in the email settings by deleting irrelevant rows but they still appear in the pdf version within jotform. Is there a way to change the settings like with email or another solution?

    You can try clearing your forms cache: https://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-Your-Form-Cache 

    You can also go to your submissions view: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions 

    And click on the PDF icon, and then on the Customized PDF:

    Finally, click on the reset button, and the on the Save button:
