Another question - when a card fails you have to go back and refill the whole form.
Is there any way of saving the data from the top fields that aren’t payment related? -

Hi again,
Upon inspection, it turned out that when there is a problem with the payment, such as incorrect credit card details, the submission would still go through, but it would be marked as an incomplete payment.
For more information on how to view incomplete payments please see our guide here: https://www.jotform.com/help/564-how-to-view-incomplete-payments-of-your-payment-forms/
If at that point you contact your user, and ask them to correct their payment for that submission, you can mark their incomplete payment as complete, and that would convert this incomplete payment into an actual submission that you can view in the list of submissions.
For more information on how to view form submissions please see https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions
I hope this helps shed some light on how you could handle these incomplete payments with the submitter. If you have more questions or need further assistance please let us know and we will be happy to help. Thank you.
