I added email@example.com to the form I created so it would receive all the submissions. She received the first 5, but hasn't received any since because apparently the email address is on the bounce list? I don't understand why that happened but can you please remove it from the list so it is working properly?

Email address you provided is not in the bounce list anymore. I assume that you have removed it.
