Can I create a form that will accept attachments from the person filling out the form?

I'd like people to be able to send photos attached to my form.

My understanding is that you want to have the ability where your users can upload an images to your form. If yes, then please insert a "File Upload" field in your form. Just drag the "File Upload" tool to the work space.
