Mail Receiving Problem

    Hello, 

     

    We are a web design company which is based on Cyprus. We are managing around 500 web sites and all our web sites using jotfom. First of all I would like to thank you for your great service.

     

    But more than 10 days some our customers can not receive mails from the forms. As an example sfckibris.com has an order form for their online take away service. 

    Form normally goes to siparis@sfckibris.com but now ıt can not receive mails from you.

     

    Firstly we take an advice from our hosting providers and they offered me to send a mail to you.

     

    We are waiting your reply.

    First of all thank you for your kind words.

    I have checked and email address you provided is in the bounce list. Our system gave following result:

    siparis@sfckibris.com is IN the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550-Verification failed for 

    I have now removed it from the bounce list.

    You can follow this guide on how to check and remove the email from bounce list.

    And this guides:

    How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues.

    Why I am not Receiving Email Notifications?
