Email notifications not being received when user submits forms

    Hi,

    I am not receiving email notifications to elliekphelan@hotmail.com when someone submits my form. I have tested it this morning using test email and it seemed to work but 5 forms were submitted by users last night and I never received any notification.

    Please help!

    I checked you email in the bounce list and it wasn't there. I also checked the email logs and did not find any issue there.

    If the issue continues, our best recommendation would be to to use your own SMTP settings for the sender email: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
