    How do I correct an error message?

    When participants fill out the form, and then hit submit, an error message comes up and it appears to them that it did not go thru.  So, they end up submitting it a 2nd time, and this causes a double payment on their credit card.  How do we fix this?

    Hello, can you please provide the error message when the user submits?

    You can set a Unique Submission in your form. This will prevent multiple submissions from the same IP or same browser. Here's a guide: How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form

    You may also set a Unique Question so that the same value entered in the field will not be allowed to submit anymore. Here's a guide: How-to-set-Form-Limits-Based-on-a-Unique-Question
