Unable to receive form submissions

    I just sent a few test submissions through for a form and it didn't send an email.  You all having issues with sending mail right now?

    We are currently not having any issues with our email notifications. I checked your form notification and I can see that it is configured correctly. The email recipients are not in the bounce list.

    The mail logs also shows that the notifications are being sent successfully.

    Please do check your spam folder or junk mail. If the emails are in the spam folder, please mark them as "Not Spam".

    If it is still the same, please try creating a separate email notification for the recipients. This means that you need to have 3 email notifications.

    Lastly, you may try using your own STMP server as the sender email, here's a guide: How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
