    Same issue. I just lost days of work from a glitch that deleted maybe 70 PDF fields. And the revert button isn't working.

    I need the fields ON my PDF for our use-case (not just digital/spreadsheet), that's part of why we chose Jotform. I'm feeling very let down.

    Stressed and angry.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry this happened. Can you please share the URL of the form where you lost the fields and the revision button is not working?

    Are you getting any error when you click on the Revert button, or does nothing happen when you click it? If you are getting any errors, It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
