Is it possible to have a backup of my forms?

Hi, I have deleted a form by mistake, is it possible to have a backup of my forms? Thanks

We are backing up our customers data periodically, you don't need to back up your forms. However if you want you can clone your forms:

And you can download your submission data:

Also we are waiting to delete files which are deleted by users for one month. If you need the form that you deleted, we can find it in our backups.
