Auto Response is not reaching some of the recipients

    I have checked your forms  and found this one where you're conditionally sending the emails, form ID "60744595050961", but I can see there's an error in the conditions, one of them has a missing field and this may be affecting the other conditions: 

    For this form "61384917795976"  I can see you have indeed an auto-responder email, I have tested it and worked fine: 

    And the last form in your account which ID is "60744595050961" and it does not have an auto-responder in it. 

    Maybe the email address that did not receive the email was in our bounce list so I would suggest you to check them in our bounce list, removing them should help the addresses to receive emails successfully: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
