Best option for a selection button

I have a recurring service and one time charge section. I want to put  button in each section to allow a user to select their option. Depending on their selection it pushes them into the next page.  I have to still add the page break. Is there a way to do this?

I have attached a video of a custom form that does something similar that I want to copy.  I started by adding a radio button but dont like that option. I would rather have a full size button similar to what is on thebugmaster.  Any suggestion?

I have to choices I want to offer a prospect.  I would like it when they select one or the other it goes to the next page using the page break.

Maybe you can use Image Radio Buttons widget and you can create and add "Select' image as option. However you will still need to use page breaks if you want to redirect your users to other page of your form.
