when a form is submitted, how can i get an email notification sent to me? I am unable to find where to make the change - we have a gift card order form that needs to come to my email address when it is submitted - i was getting them, now I no longer am - where do i make the change so i can start receiving them again??

This email address (cheryl@peppi**sonline.com) is in the bounce list. It is the reason why you are not getting the email alerts.
I have removed it from the list now. You should be able to receive new notifications now.
Please try adding (firstname.lastname@example.org) to your Contacts or Address Book. You may also use your own SMTP server as the Sender Email. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form.
If this issue keeps on happening, please try creating a separate email notification for each recipients. It means that you should create 3 email notifications.
