    From preview does not work.

    I have now run into a different problem. From preview does not work. My form will not display.

    The first page comes up but my first radio button is unselectable and I cannot continue to the next age. Tested on different devices too. All seems fine in the builder.

    I have logged into your account and I was able to preview your form. However after that form and my other browser tabs stop responding. 

    I was able to replicate same issue on my cloned form as well. This is happening because you form is large. Your form has 654 fields and 111 conditions. Lot of your conditions are not set correctly. They are set for the fields that are deleted from your form. I would suggest you to delete all those conditions. 

    I would also suggest you to check your other conditions and make sure that there are no conflicts between conditions.

    There seems to be such a difference between formbuilder version 3 & 4. Version 4 shows the errors above but on version 3 I had fixed these. Now when I tried to fix these in version 4, form preview shows 2 fields names type of will although in the builder there is only one:

     

    How is it possible to fix this?

    I have tested your form and it is now working. I also saw that you have disabled some conditions for fields that are deleted from the form, but you still have three conditions that are not correct. Conditions number 6,110 and 111.

    I have also previewed your form on your account in Version 4 and only one Type of Will field is shown. 

    It seems that your issue is resolved.

    I have also cleared your form cache

    Please check test your form again. You can also try to use some other browser.

    If the issue still persist on your end, please let us know.

    Thanks for your answer, but it is still unresponsive on my end.

    Once again in version 4, although I see only one Type of Will form appears; the conditions appearing are incorrect & completely different to when I open the form in version 3 of the builder. Also I cannot correct the conditions as no Type of Will field appears in the dropdown list.

    In Version 3, I also changed the quote widget showing above to a textfield but this does not appear in jot form builder version 4, but it does when I press preview form.

    Appreciate our help and response time.
