Integrations: Using Google Calendar to send invites to the users.

Can you give us any more details about the reason why Jotforms can't sync both ways? Is it political, financial?

I'm pretty sure it's not technical as there are many other apps that integrate to allow two-way communication between them and Google Calendar (Calendly, SimplyBook.me, etc.).

I love everything else about Jotforms, but I would love to bring my booking system into it, but the workarounds that are being suggested are just not practical.

    Many thanks in advance.

    Hi Mark,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to sending an invite to the users after submitting the form that is integrated with Google Calendar? Unfortunately, it is not possible to send a Google Calendar invite to the registrants when they schedule a meeting. You or Jotform do not have access/permission to use the registrant's Google calendar so it is impossible to auto-add the event/invite to the user's account (Google Calendar).

You can add an Autoresponder email to your form so that the registrants will be notified about the meeting they have scheduled and they can manually add the event to their calendar.

Let us know if you are referring to something else.
