Every time I log onto my JotForm account, I receive a message that I am on the bounce list. What can I do to be permanently removed from the list?

    Hello dcaldwel,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    None of your email address is currently in our bounce list so I ma unable to check the bounce reason. Please note email address is added to bounce list if receiving email server rejects it.

    I did check your last edited form's notification email alert and did not find any issue with that. I would suggest you to please use your own email address with SMTP to send submission emails.
