Hi. My account is out of submission storage. I received an email in the past that my account would be grandfathered in and the old forms would be deleted as the new ones are submitted. I would like to continue using jotform What functionality can I continue to have without upgrading my account?

Hi, thank you for contacting us.
Please note that the Free account status doesn't differ from any upgraded plans in terms of available features. The difference is in the account limits, and you can find those limits by opening this page once you login to your account: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/usage
As to your submissions storage limit, I would recommend downloading your existing submissions and then deleting them from JotForm in order to free submissions storage for your upcoming ones.

Please note that we do not store form submission data, so if you delete them there is no way on our end to restore them. Please exercise extreme caution about the data.
