My query is if I can link all the Submission IDs of an already created form to a newly created one.

    Thank you very much

I have a last year registration form:
This year they have to renew the registration but do not need to refill
the data, but I am interested in having the data from last year in the
new form and re-recording as new data (in the new form). This year's
    form would be this:
This form will only work with 5 or 6 fields of the previous form. But I
would also like to re-record in a new ID all the data of the previous

You can import submissions data from one form to another by following this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/308-Import-App-Easily-import-your-Excel-or-CSV-data-into-JotForm.

So basically, you will have to export your form submissions data from the old form to excel file.

Modify the excel file with the headers provided by the app and then import it into the new form.
