I am already using a form, but every time i wan to use it again, i have to go to submissions , edit and so on I can i put this form in "my Forms" file just ready to use again? thanks

On the other hands, the forms submitted are coming to my drive already, however, to send the same form I have to go to jotform website and send it from there. Any way to have it in  my drive and just send it from there thanks?

Perhaps what you meant was you want to use the form in offline mode?

You can do this using the PDF form version of the form.

    User guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/212-How-to-Create-a-PDF-Form

The PDF form "file" can be use offline and you will only need to be online if you will submit the form.

Another way perhaps is you want to access your form submission data anytime and edit the existing submission data? You can do this using the submission data edit link on your email.

    User guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

Just to be clear, the form where supposed to be online web forms. Its the reason you need to access them online and need to login to your JotForm account.

Hope this help. Let us know how we can be of further assistance.
