Not receiving email notifications

         I have created a Jotform with a setting to receive an email notification when someone has filled out the form, but after multiple users have done so I have not received a notification.  I went through all of the troubleshooting steps on the support site, but I have still not received any notifications.  The email address I am using is

    We do apologize about any of the troubles you are having with receiving your email notifications and thank you for letting us know about this problem.

    According to your email history, I found that your most recent email notification to your current address at was successfully sent using our default sender address.

    However, the previous emails that were sent failed for several and I noticed it appears that you were using smtp each of them so I think this may have been misconfigured that lead to the failure.

    I checked the email addresses but, I did not see any of your email addresses that you are using in our bounce list including your current one unless perhaps you already removed them.

    I would suggest trying to keep it on our default sender at as it is working now to see if you continue to receive any.

    You may also need to check your spam folder and if any are found there mark them as not spam to prevent them from being blocked or bounced.
