I did that, but somehow my forms all now have the same ID number... I'm trying to have a unique ID number in the email subject line so they don;t all thread together.

If you need to redirect your users to a new blank form after the submission then you only need to change the thank you link or provide the link in the thank you page.

To change the thank you link you could refer to this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/38-Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page

However, this will work as long as you redirect to the same form, the same redirection will be done upon the submission and your user will be redirected to the new form.

Now, if you need to redirect from one form to another totally different then you need to add the custom thank you link on every form you need to do the same.

You may also provide us the link to the form where you're working on so we can check it further.

    Thanks for the quick reply.

I already have the "thank you" page setup to "submit another form"

The problem is that I get multiple submissions with the same ID number - see the attached screen grab. I wondered if it's bc of routing to the form again?

I  change the topic based on which questions you answer, but they all have the same ID.

You are correct, I do have two threads going. But they are distinct topics.

This one is about the same ID number appearing on multiple emails. So I could have Samples 1234, Catalogs 1234, Tradeshow 1234, etc. When they should all have a different number.

The other is about multiple emails sending for each submission.

Could you please take a look at this again. Thank you!
